Favorite EQG Villain?

I really liked the Dazzlings, even though they were a bit cliché in my opinion, but I just liked the idea of them. The fact that they were based off of the mythological Sirens struck me for some reason, so did their character design, but what villain that originated from the EQG movies is your favorite?

The Dazzlings were definitely cliche, but it works in their favor; which was the complete opposite of Sunset Shimmer from the first movie. The Dazzlings were just fine, and Adagio especially was quite manipulative and dangerous. She was a legitimate threat.

Behind her, I would go with Midnight Sparkle. Great design and a nice counter-point to Sunset. There's also Principal Cinch, but I'm not sure if she would be considered a villain or just an antagonist.

Adagio Dazzle. People don't give Cinch enough credit though, just because she has no powers and is otherwise just a "normal person" school principal.

I liked how composed Principal Cinch was all the time, not to mention her voice was quite a delight to hear, but I dunno if she belongs to this category of villain. I see her as an antagonist, but not villain. I'd go for the Dazzlings, while cliche, they were enjoyable everytime theywere shown on screen, not to mention the chemistry they all shared, and how different they are from each other. Besides, they are hot

This is not even a real question to me.

It is definitely Adagio Dazzle.

Sunset Shimmer was maybe the most interesting character of the first movie to me, but she was still kind of boring.

And when it comes to Friendship  Games...there was not even a real villain in my opinion.

Do not get me wrong, there were definitely characters which were "evil", but no real villain. At least not in in physical form.

I'd say the Dazzlings because they were smart enough to brainwash the principals first, and also smart enough to capitalize on the failed 'Friendship Is Magic!' moment once Twilight had arrived by fueling the fire even more.

For most of FG I didn't see Sci-Twi as a villain, and Midnight was too drunk on power to be considered IMO.

As for Sunset...the less said about her as a villain the better. She's much better as an actual character than as a cardboard cutout.

The Dazzlings. Well two of them, at least. Aria Blaze was kinda boring... Sonata Dusk is one of my favorites. Adagio Dazzle is awesome. And another fave of mine...

Every single villain is, at most, one-dimensional cardboard. Sonata of the Dazzlings sucks the least: She's the only one with any charisma whatsoever.

EQG 1: Sunset Shimmer....Extreme evil bratty version of Regina George from "mean girls" with an incompetent plan destined to fail and ugly demon girl design. (hell no)

EQG 2: The Dazzlings....inspired by the Hocus Pocus witch sisters with monster high outfits. Adorable idiot Sonata, Grumpy chick Aria, and evil seductive leader Adagio. (Better than last villain )

EQG 3: NO VILLAINS IN THIS MOVIE. Only antagonists. But if you still want to include them>>>

Principal Cinch aka Principal Cliché... inspired by all the other old aged mean principal characters throughout showbiz history. Willing to accept magic and risk using it to win a competition between high schools so it can make her look good. Sung an awesome song but only.existed for the sake of the plot. (Not too shabby of an antagonist )

Shadowbolt Six...underdeveloped, admirable names and designs. Existed for the sake of the plot. (Meh)

Midnight Sparkle...evil Twilight with awesome demon.girl design. Capable of doing critical damage and was executed better than Sunset Demon Girl. Too short of a scene and only existed for the sake of the plot (better than evil sunset but not Dazzlings)

The Dazzlings win by default for me, but I am NOT too crazy about them. They existed as a main focus and weren't just there FOR the plot but more so they ARE the plot imo.

Sunset Shimmer is my best pony, but even I admit her sloppy execution in the first movie

I don't really have any favorite villains from EG. I actually rather liked Cinch, due to her not have any supernatural powers, but she was not really a villain, as it has been suggested already.

If I had to really pick one, I think I would have to go with Sunset Shimmer.

I guess Principal Cinch was the least boring villain only because she presented a different type of villain. Only the best and nothing but the best strict principal hasn't been used often. I guess she might not really be considered a villain in a children's show as much.

To date, she's currently the only EQG character who actually manages to look good in lipstick.

That's a positive, I guess.

Sunset was super cliche... I do not like anything about villain Sunset... I like her reformed though.

The sirens were the best villains from EQG and the series. They were really cool, yet a bit cliche.

Principal Cinch was just bland. She was lucky that it was HUMAN Twi not PONY Twi. And she was super cliche.

Basically what I'm saying is they were all cliche, but the sirens were the best.
