Coffee (I love that smell), vanilla, roasted onions (food in general), the freshness of the sea, smell after rain has fallen... I'm sure there are some others i cant recall at this point. Some bring up pretty strong nostalgia. I find myself using my sense of smell a lot.

Spring air, freshly cut grass, fall leaves, burning incense, new Pokémon cards (when I used to play them), several good foods, what I call "Race Day" (what I like to call the smell of burning rubber, steaming gasoline, etc. Y'know, the smell of a NASCAR race, soemthing I've never been to yet, but I've had a feeling of the ambience!).

I like sticking my head in my freezer or the freezers at grocery stores and taking in a deep breath of the cold refrigerator air. It's smells to delightfully refreshing!
