I would love to live in Germany or in Finland, most countries of europe really. They are heaven for me. One of the reasons I want to learn german.

cool, I kinda want to move to Netherlands, which is why I'm attempting to learn the language (well one of the reasons)

I'd love to move to Canada. AFAIK it's as developed as US, it has similar climate to where I live and it seems like a friendly country overall. I used to want to live in US but in sight of last few years it seems like US is not my childhood dream county anymore

I like living in California, and I’ve already lived in almost every other part of the country, so the only place in the U.S. I’d like to try out would be Hawaii. I only visited once and loved it, so I think a longer exposure to island life might be worth looking into. As far as living abroad, I could see myself in Tokyo, Bora Bora or Tuscany. At least I wouldn’t mind a prolonged visit just to see how I’d like it as a permanent resident.
