general questions How do you get the "Canterlot Artist" Group Icon?

Hello everypony! I was wondering how you get the "Canterlot artist" group icon? If you click on my cupcake icon and scroll down, you can see what I'm talking about... i know you have to be MLPF Art Contest Winner but what is that? How do I enter? Thank you everypony!

In order to obtain the Canterlot Artist badge, you must come in 1st place in an MLP Forums Art Contest, (These contests can be found under Octavia's Hall sub category Visual Fan Art)

 

As of now, however, there are no contests going on.

The most recent one took place in December of 2015.
