Twilight is hilariously currently definitely the least important main character.

Like bellow Spike and Starlight at this point. She's basically done nothing all season and hasn't even co-starred really.

Hope the next season makes up a lot for the lack of Twilight, they haven't been able to make Starlight an interesting character and sacrificing Twilight's screentime isn't worth it. At the very least, I hope PPOV and Top Bolt gives her a good chance to shine

I think Starlight is a hell of a lot more interesting than Post Season 2 Twilight.

I certainly hope they make Twilight interesting again; the brief glimpses of her personality quirks this season have been sorely missed after such an excruciating dry spell of her not being all that fun or engaging of a character since goddamn season 2. I like Twilight and want to enjoy her in the show, but I'll honestly take Starlight over her as she's usually been in the past few seasons.

I think Starlight is a hell of a lot more interesting than Post Season 2 Twilight. 

All Starlight needs is her own "Lesson Zero"  . Everypony will got their own breakdown before graduating to fully developed character  , this is a part of their study program...
