Rain nervously put a hoof on one of the steps going up, then stood there and chewed her lip, glancing at Shadow in fear, her eyes brimming with tears again.

There was a noise from upstairs and she squeaked and stepped back.

Rain went upstairs slowly and poked her head around the landing.

"What was th-AH!" She screamed as suddenly something grabbed her leg and started to drag her down the stairs. The assailant, like the invader before it, almost immediately turned and ran down the stairs, leaving an indignant Rain.

"What the hell?!" she screamed after the fleeing attacker, who stumbled and fell over. She had a good size cut down her leg. "Dammit!"

While the attacker fell, Shadow attempted to pick him up with magic and slam him into a wall. He looked towards Rain "Are you going to be alright?" he asked noticing her cut. The smell and look of blood make his mind go weird on him.

"*uck!" muttered Rain, trying to stop the blood flow. "Yeah, I think. Just let me-do this-" She tried to climb down and instead fell down the rest of the flight and smashed her face against the wall, giving her a nosebleed too. Cursing loudly Rain clutched her head. "Okay, maybe not."

The other pony stood up dazedly and made an attempt for the door.

Shadow used his magic to lock the door, he slowly started to walk towards the pony, magic ready. He tried to not look at the blood that was coming out of Rain.

The pony scrabbled at the door, glancing at Shadow desperately as it fiddled with the lock. Starting to slam its weight against it in obvious frustration, it started to mumble under its breath as Shadow drew closer.

Rain tried to stand up AGAIN and approached before promptly collapsing and swearing loudly.

Shadow waited a few moments before using a shock wave in a attempt to slam the pony up against the wall and away from the door. "You could give yourself up and i wouldn't have to continue you know." he said

The pony hit the wall and its hood fell off, revealing a mare who glared at Shadow balefully. She didn't say anything, just winced.

Rain gasped behind him. "Shtarshersher?" she said thickly, as her nose was basically spewing blood now.

The mare looked at Rain. "Hi to you too," she muttered.

Starsearcher glanced at Rain. "I know her," she said bluntly, then she shut her mouth and stared at the opposite wall angrily.

Rain tried to talk but it wasn't comprehensible. She had too much blood coming out of her nose now.
