Where is all the info about Legend of Everfree?

Is it just me or do they seem to be playing things very close to the vest so far as to what to expect from Legend of everfree? With friendship games they spilled a TON of info about what what was coming up in the movie, even divulging midnight sparkle, and there was a good indication of what was to come from the next movie: Additionally, we got preview clips of small bits of it pretty early on in S5 for us to speculate on.

but with legend of everfree they seem to be giving us virtually no info really about what to expect in the movie or what it will be about besides that weird going ons are happening at a camp and that there will be a fashion show; And the toys divulge almost nothing new either, apart from there being a gloriosa toy and there being crystal fire wing toys (Which might be important to the plot, might just be a toy only thing).

We got a metric shit ton more info this year than we did last year at the NY Toy Fair. This year we got a look at GoH AND the LoE toys.

Friendship games didn't have a trailer till July, and that was when they released the movie on September, 

 

We're not entirely sure when they're releasing LoE but it's like'y sometime in the 3rd or 4th quarter considering the small amount of information we've already been given.  As such I think it's not so much that Hasbro is playing to close to the vest but rather that the release date is still a bit too far for them to be playing their cards.

We'll probably be getting some more information on it as time goes on, when it's closer to release date. I do hope they don't spoil the most important bits like they did with Midnight Sparkle, though.

we got lots of info about other toys, but the EQG 4 stuff seemed like an afterthought at the fair. They gave us more info about the Minis than the New "normal" EQG toys

 

It just seems odd, given that the time period between EQG movies was decreasing with each of the last ones (we got EQG 3 around 3/4 of S5 after all) that they'd have EQG not coming out around the middle of this season.

The trailer SNIP of EG4 was already pre-premiered in the Thailand Pony Con (March 19th-20th, 2016).

Cameras and smartphones were forbiden for it (if anyone recorded it, they have kept the footage for themselves; unlike those "leaks" of the Guardians of Harmony playsets).

My personal hopes are that this will be the last film in the Equestria Girls series, for the people at Hasbro Studios need some more time to work on that feature length movie that's coming out next year.

Well, presumably the movie will be coming out around september, since that's when the Book of the movie is coming out; So the book will be out in under 4 months, meaning we should probably get advertisements out the wazoo in about 1-2 months.

 

I'm hoping it'll be out a month before the book, so hoping for it coming out in august or something.
