Fluttershy: Honey-nut Cheerios because of the mascot

Applejack: Applejacks (duh!)

Pinkie Pie: Reeses Puffs, French Toast Crunch, Fruit Loops, Lucky Charms, Something loaded in sugar.

Twilight: Alpha-Bits

Rainbow Dash: Raisin Bran or Corn Flakes

Rarity: ... I really don't know. Rice Krispies?... Maybe some kind of fancy granola-based cereal?

Yeah I was expecting you guys to say applejacks for apple jack but I think Lucky Charms suits RDash because it has a rainbow marshmallow and shooting stars are fast like her.  Pinkie Pie reminds me of this mascot, also hes pink like her.
