I remember designing some bumper sticker mockups for the 1988 campaign (supporting Michael Dukakis) as a civics class project in ninth grade, and I cast my first ballot in 1992 in the fall quarter of my first year at Georgia Tech.

Huh, I always thought that Bush was president when I was born because I read up on some things he did when I was a wee baby. But now I know my president at the time of my birth was Clinton.

I was born in March 2001, 2 and half months after George W. Bush was sworn in as president. Grew up throughout his entire presidency. I loved Obama when he was president and I was a supporter of him throughout elementary and middle school.

I was born near the end of Bush Sr.'s presidential term. But Clinton was the first U.S. president I remember hearing about, and Bush Jr. was the first one I actually knew anything about at the time.
