Personally, I would like a Pinkie Rap version, just for lulz. I tried my hand at piecing together an opening that I, personally, would like to see for future seasons. It's like a nice little dose of nostalgia and memories at the start of every episode, it always start's with little Unicorn Twi hopping out of her balloon and meeting her friends. I don't think it needs a chance anymore, minus the little touches for each season. It's Perfect. Plus, I know the lyrics by heart, and I like singing along to it. I don't think it needs to change other than the little touches the creators like to throw in. Still wouldn't be against a Pinkie Pie rap theme as an April Fool's joke or something, though 2 Is there anything that's worth more than peace and love on the planet Earth? I wouldn't want another theme song, because then people would probably complain even more. Nothing floats an entire fandom's boat, sadly. So no. Keep it as it is and let people skip it if they wanna skip it, whatever. I don't usually unless I feel like I don't have the time to listen through it. Its got instant recognizability from the 80s, and so ANYONE who hears it will instantly know it means "My little pony". Hasbro's not going to throw that away.
