Seems odd that shippers overlook this

I don't like to ship unless it's canon, but admittedly, I will enjoy onlooking from a distance with some popcorn, and see where it goes. During an Mlp re-watch, I came to "Green isn't your color", and got to wondering where the shipping fuel is for "PhotoShy"? PF does say quite a few things that spell out her admiration for FS, after all.

What are people's thoughts on PhotoShy?

I wouldn't put to much thought into what shippers do. They just like to have fun and just ship what seems to be incredibly shippable.

But yeah, to answer the OP, even some of the most ridiculous and silly pairings have 'something' going for it. But in this case, I don't see it, I've seen many characters saying nice things to others and the chemistry was null, so yeah, it's not that it was overlooked, it was that there is not much to work with to begin with.

Any pairing under the sun is ship-able, and it's ship-able because all anyone requires to fuel their ship of choice is to go, "They look cute together."  That's...  That's really it.  That's how shipping and MLP essentially work.  I don't get the people who sit and try to rationalize their ship; you still usually come out sounding no different than someone who ships Tom and Boulder to me.

 

And Photo Finish is too preoccupied with making the "magicks" and running off-screen to get involved with a ship.
