planning kinda need help with an rp idea

I got most of an rp made, the idea of it, but can't seem to fill in the gaps,

Celestia's gone, Luna is in control of Equestria, and raises and lowers the moon, she got that from Celestia, The reformed and non reformed are captured and locked a prison deep beneath the ground, and the element are no more, basically. I don't know if it's an alt dimension, or in the future, maybe future

 

I'm thinking of it being an action based rp, but it could have a bit of sol
