I would be interested in doing a Fallout: Equestria RP, but whenever I look at an FoE character, I see that they have a variety of stats and perks. I'm no stranger to the Fallout universe, but I was wondering what exactly is needed for an FoE character.

What you need, is a idea, setting, and goal.

 

 

IE. Tumble is a kid who is looking for his sister and who is held by raders/slavers. He gets some mercs to feels sorry and they storm the castle....stuff happens to say the least(With the sites rating intact anyway)
