I kinda want to see an episode like Channel Chasers

Yeah, I know, "jumping the shark blah blah blah", but it ck would be kind of intriguing if there was an episode of entirely TV/movie parodies (or direct references) with the ponies, a la Channel Chasers (Fairly Odd Parents).

I don't think we need an episode like Channel Chasers, but I do love the idea having an episode where the mane 6 tells their own stories on something, but each have a different interpretation as well as an animation style that suits the character(AJ's story would look like a Mike Judge show like King of the Hill, Rainbow's would look like something straight out of Gurren Lagann/Kill La Kill, Rarity's would resemble a classic 2D Disney movie, for examples)

This would be a really fun idea that I think the writers could really wring a lot of potential out of. This concept is also reminiscent of the Arthur episode "The Contest"; among the shows it parodied were Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist, Beavis and Butt-head, and even South Park, a fun departure from that show's normal, grounded style.

Don't forget that Fluttershy, strangely enough, was revealed to be quite the otaku in "Scare Master".

 

One can only wonder what Twilight's story would look like...possibly Gravity Falls given she has a thing for adventure and mystery.

 

I have a feeling that a DC Animated Universe-like Western action cartoon style would be good for Rainbow Dash, like Batman or Teen Titans. Bonus points if Twilight plays Raven.
