music Do you buy your music?

Do you purchase your music off iTunes or other Android stores? Or do you listen to it on other apps like Pandora, Spotify, and YouTube?

I do a mix of both. I have some songs downloaded and some I just randomly listen to on other things.

Mostly through iTunes or I buy it from other places when it comes to VG music(like Megaman songs from the Capcom store) or I just use some from friend's CDs

Uhhh....

I don't own a phone, just an old MP3 player. Because of that i have no means to use Spotify or anything like that on the go, i admit that most of the music i have is illegally downloaded, thing is it's usually old or obscure enough that it isn't be consumed in mass quantities. I admit i feel kind of bad for not buying it.

I buy music when I absolutely have to, or when I feel that I really should be supporting the artist. But most of my music is illegal. Oh well.

I also still buy CD's. I like them.

A lot of what I listen to is available for free online but when it comes to stuff from major labels, I'll usually check it out on Youtube or Spotify and if I like it enough, I'll go buy the CD. I figure that supports the artist and the local record store. I've never liked iTunes or any platform that tries to manage my whole media collection for that matter.

I buy CD's and Vinyls. I am not a fan of illegally downloading music. My CD collection is massive but it needs some tidying as my CD shelf only has room for about half of the total amount XD I do buy best of and live albums of itunes as i am not really into owning physical copies of them

Rarely.  I try to look for free downloads the artists have posted themselves, or go onto Spotify if it's something bigger.  So far, I've mainly only bought CDs and stuff off of gift cards and whatnot, and I've put everything else on a wishlist for further notice.  I try to avoid pirating whenever possible, but sometimes I just can't help it >.<

I'm so old I still have cassette tapes! I have N'Sync ones! LOL

I used to buy CD's, but these days it is easier to just purchase them on the iTunes store. I have done that on occasion, but lately I just listen to Pandora.

I have a Spotify subscription that I use on my phone. It's definitely worth the money for me because I am constantly using it trying to find new music, make playlists, etc.

If a song is not on Spotify or if I want to own a song to burn on a mix cd, I'll buy usually buy it on itunes. However, I don't always do that. I mean, I've been guilty of ripping songs off of youtube from time to time if I'm low on money for the month. But I like to support artists whenever I can, especially if I really enjoy the song.

I actually still go to the store and buy physical albums when I'm really into them. I believe in supporting an artist's album when it is well-deserved. I like to listen to CDs in my car, so having a few good albums ready to pop in is always nice. I don't often find entire albums that I like enough to buy, so when I find a really good one, I'm more than happy to pay money for it.

I buy music mostly through iTunes or CDs, on a rare occasion I'll get something through another digital MP3 service, if they're the only ones that have it.

I do use Spotify and YouTube, but only to sample music. YouTube, not being official, has a lot that isn't available anywhere else and sometimes I'll use it for that, but not to download.

I just use Spotify and I have a subscription as well. Higher quality and I support a great service.

I use Spotify and have brought most of music, some I have downloaded simply because they are not available on stores, these are mostly up for free downloads anyway so I wouldn't count 'em.
