Member title

I've noticed that some people here have different member titles than the rank badge shows, but I couldn't find an option for that in the settings even though the help topics say there is that said option. So my question is just that how does one change it?   Is there a certain rank I have to reach first or am I just dumb?

You can get member titles if you donate to this site or subscribe. 

 

Basically, you pay money and you get to edit your own title and you get to have a larger sig and more stuff .
