Hello, I am Fallen Valkyrie and as the title of this topick say, I would like to start an D&D style "rp" , but for thet I will need some help.

 

Frst of all, as I am not realy experienced in D&D board games, and because of thet I would like this, if posible, to be an "rp" with ~4 players (DM + 3 players). 

 

Also I did have in my mind thet this D&D game, be an human D&D and not a pony one :)

 

Now, if there is annyone interested in this type of game, or would just like to assint an newby set an proper D&D game please say below. :) Anny help will be welcomed as I realy, realy am not experienced in D&D board games :)

:D But before we start we will need to frst plan this out. Because as I said above i dont know much about D&D board games.

Also I do belive I forgot to say this above so will need to ask you now: -Will it be a deal breaker if this rp is a "human" rp and not a pony one?-

You see, as much as I'd agree wthat a non-pony one would be so much better and more amazing, it really seems like non-pony RPs just get pathetic attention on this forums RP thread. Something they work out, but it is a very rare sometimes with that nice idea[usually that idea is superheroes].

 

So yeah, it is a game-breaker when it comes to people wanting to join the RP. But you might be lucky.

More then 14 days have passed since I started this topick and by looks of it no one is interested in planing an human D&D stayle "rp". Because of this I can safely say thet this rp planing is dead (but to be fer it has never been alive in frst place).

 

But if someone who is actuly reading is interested in making an D&D human "rp", send me a pm as I will be quait interested in joining (or help plan it if you are starting from scratch). :)

We're opening this to another player - the tone has gone a bit Cthulu-ish, but the mechanics are still D&D. It's aimed at beginners, and we are using the free 'basic rules' - although if you own the full core D&D rulebook you may use any class / race from it (within reason) but talents will not be in use.

Are you still interested? The weekly session goes from 8.00 pm to around 10.30 pm (GMT+1) every Sunday.

I have experience in several Pathfinder games and am willing to join if you have an opening.  The only problem is the time, as I live in GMT -8 and typically would be working around that time.  Given another hour, though, and I should be ready.

I'm afraid that we can't really move the timeslot - sorry about that.

Having said that, my aviability might change in the next month, as I'll be leaving my job in preparation of returning to uni. My schedule on the weekend shold clear up then, assuming you still have room at that point.

We're still open if anyone wants to join - Roman-era D&D 5th edition with a sprinkling of Cthulhu.

 

No prior knowledge or RPG experience required, and we are using the 'basic' (free / trial) version of 5th edition that can be found here.

I'm afraid that I've already had a few applications, so there isn't space any more. Sorry, I really should have updated my previous post. 

 

 

 

Although the campaign is full, if you (or anyone else reading this in the future) are interested in finding another one I'd recommend Roll20, which has a very handy 'find a game' listing. (They aren't paying me, but they ought to.)
