Viktor nodded "Alright, let's go with that plan" He summoned his spear again, since it was one of the weapons he preferred to use when there where many monsters around. He walked towards the gate to the giant boss's room, and looked over at his partner "Let's go kick some butt" Said Viktor as the door opened with a rumbling sound

Yuna nodded and agreed with viktors 'kik some but' statement. "Let's do it." she said and concentrated on the door. She layed an Arrow on her bow and pulled it back, ready to shoot as soon the door opened and the boss spawned. Her heart beat raised and she was ready to fight against whatever would be behind that door.

 

on moments like this she could almost forget that this was a game. These moments were the ones she lived for. The feeling they gave was just so fantastic that it was almost worth it to die for. almost, not completely. Yuna wanted to live and on these moments she felt more alive as she had ever done in the real world.

Viktor steeled his brain as he swung his spear in a circle to gain momentum. He enchanted it with a life steal effect, so that he could regen HP off the vikings. Once he gained enough momentum with the spear, he threw it directly into the wave of vikings. Clearing a good amount. He then switched to his war axe once the spear returned and started swing it around. He switched to the spear and repeated the action. Keeping a full HP bar, and clearing vikings at the same time. This ignited a grin on his face. Standing in the middle of everything against strong mobs... Nothing could compare to that.

Viktor steeled his brain as he swung his spear in a circle to gain momentum. He enchanted it with a life steal effect, so that he could regen HP off the vikings. Once he gained enough momentum with the spear, he threw it directly into the wave of vikings. Clearing a good amount. He then switched to his war axe once the spear returned and started swing it around. He switched to the spear and repeated the action. Keeping a full HP bar, and clearing vikings at the same time. This ignited a grin on his face. Standing in the middle of everything against strong mobs... Nothing could compare to that.

Yuna ran inside the room and the door closed behind her and viktor. No going back now. She stayed at the back of the room and aimed at the boss. He was big, so it was easy to hit him, and ugly, like most bosses in SAO. She fired some arows at him and he tried to block them with his shield but since she now had invisible arows he couldn't see them comming and she hit him a few times on his arm. This did not seem to do much damage so she tried aiming at his weaker spots, his eyes. They were hard to hit and now the bos had noticed that she was the one hitting her so he swung his axe and tried to hit yuna. She quickly moved out of the way and shot some more arows.

 

She glanced over to viktor and saw him swinging an axe around, killing vikings all around him. He seemed to be having a great time, surrounded by monsters trying to kill him. Yuna realised she was liking it too so far, which was kinda unusual. Normaly she was quite scared during a battle but now everything seemed to be going quite well she was not as scared at all. However, she wondered for how long it would keep going so good.

Viktor started doing his pattern faster and more violently to create some more breathing room for him. Once he did that, he switched to a HUGE longsword. He added the knock back effect at it and start spinning with sword, creating a circle of death. Suddenly, a giant dragon started rising from the ground. This was not planned... "LOOK OUT! THERE IS A GIANT DRAGON AT 8 O CLOCK" Shouted Viktor, as he hurled his spear at it to stun it.

Viktor started doing his pattern faster and more violently to create some more breathing room for him. Once he did that, he switched to a HUGE longsword. He added the knock back effect at it and start spinning with sword, creating a circle of death. Suddenly, a giant dragon started rising from the ground. This was not planned... "LOOK OUT! THERE IS A GIANT DRAGON AT 8 O CLOCK" Shouted Viktor, as he hurled his spear at it to stun it.

Yuna was running and twirling all around the boss to avoid his deadly axe when she heard viktor scream something about a dragon. She looked up and saw what he ment. "Socks!" she said and then jumped aside because she almost got hit by the boss again.

 

She shot a few vikings and got to viktor. "What do we do?" She said, there was a slight sound of panic in her voice. "Which one do we kill first? Or both at the same time?" and she shot some more arows at the boss and the vikings.

Yuna nodded when viktor told her what to do. Knowing what she had to do made her feel a little better. She jumped to the back of the room and shot at the dragon. She made sure not to stay in one spot for too long so the dragon wouldn't be able to aim at her. She carefully aimed at the belly of the dragon since that's the weakest spot most of the time.

 

She decided to try out the new enchantment on her bow and tried to shadow pin the dragon. "This is a really good enchantment." she said to herself when she shot some more arows at the dragon. "Come on, dragon, just die." she whispered when she shot two arows quickly after eachother while she ran to the other side of the room.

Viktor was in a little pinch. He had no problems fighting the boss, but he had almost brought him down to the HP that made him spawn more vikings, which was the last thing he needed. So he had to rely on dodging the boss, and refreshing the shadow bind. He looked up at his partner. She was still fighting that stupid dragon, when was she done?

This was the last push he needed and his hp dropped to zero. In a big exolosion of particles his body dissapeared. "YES!" Yuna said happily but she knew the fight wasn't over yet.

 

Yuna ran back to where viktor was, shot some vikings and said: "let's kill him!" and she grabbed two arows, put them on her bow and shot them both at the same time at the boss.

Viktor looked panicked over at her "NO WAIT, DON'T SHO-" It was too late. The shots flew with incredible accuracy and hit it right in the chest. Viktor let out a sight, all his abilities and items where on cool down, so he had little to no chance to recover. "Bloody hell" Muttered Viktor as he summoned his last ditch armor. This was the strongest armor against physical attacks, so this was perfect. Viktor summoned his katana, and charged straight into the now thousand of vikings

Yuna heard viktor scream to wait but it was too late already. She cursed herself for being so impulsive and getting lost in the moment. The vikings were surrounding her and viktor and she shot faster as ever, arow after arow. She really wished she hadn't been so impulsive and would have, for once, thought before she did something stupid.

 

Even though she was trying her hardest to avoid the vikings, she couldn't help but getting hit a few times and her weak armour didn't protect her much. She got back to the end of the room to get away from the vikings a little bit. This gave her a little more space to breath and she managed to shoot some arows at the boss inbetween shooting the vikings.

Viktor was under heavy fire. He was standing with a spear, swinging it around like a maniac while shouting enchantments. “ENFORCE” Another swing “INCREASE DAMAGE” Another swing. A dwarf managed to sneak up on him, and get him right in the back. Luckily his damage took a lot of the damage, but it was a critical hit. So he lost a quarter of his health, plus he lost his balance so he was immediately swarmed by Vikings that where after his blood.

 

So as a last ditch, Viktor summoned his longsword and shouted “MAY THE DRAGON CONSUME YOU” On the tope of his lungs, creating a giant shockwave that cleared a ton of the enemies, but made Viktor low on mana.

yuna noticed that viktor was surrounded and he was having a hard time. He got hit by a dwarf yuna decided that it was no use to fight each individually, this way they would both get killed.

 

instead of aiming at the attackers around her she started clearing a path towards viktor so that they could fight together, that way they would have a bigger chance to survive. She killed the vikings who were the closest to her and then she shot some of the vikings around viktor. She aimed really carefully so she wouldn't accidentaly hit viktor but that ment that she couldn't shoot the arrows really quickly.

That little breathing room, along with his partners arrows eliminating threads that tried to sneak up on him, allowed Viktor to down some health and mana potions. He took out his sword. This was his strongest weapon in his arsenal. He jumped over to his partner, and stuck the sword into the ground. He was about to cast a deadly spell, and only those who where next to the sword would be save "UNLIMITED BLADEWORKS" Shouted Viktor.

 

As soon as he did that, it started raining sword on the vikings, providing effective clear

Yuna kept shooting the vikings around viktor when he healed himself. She really wante to make up for the mistake of shooting at the boss before he was ready. She was never standing at one place at the time, always running and jumping from one place to another.

She wasn't prepared for it and gave a little, quite girly, scream which she inmediately regretted. To make herself of any use she shot the vikings that didn't get hit by the falling swords.

Viktor stood shakily on his legs after the spell. This was one of the few spells he knew, but it was also the most powerfull. "Don't... Do that... EVER again..." Said Viktor in between breaths. He leaned on his sword, and looked her deep in the eyes "I have a spell, that can make the boss go down to the last bar of HP. However if i do that, i will be turned to stone for some time, so... yuna was shocked that the spell seemed to have cost viktor so much energy. "Are you allright?" She said worried and looked back at viktor "Why not wait untill your HP is fully recovered or something?" She suggested, the thought of having to finish off the boss all alone was quite terrifying. But on the other hand, this was the best option they had, otherwise it would take a lot longer and they would probably get killed.

 

She managed to pull her eyes away from viktors and looked at the ground. Then she looked at him again and nodded "I can do it." she said and tried to make herself sound strong and not unsure like she really felt.

Viktor nodded "Alright" He took in a deep breath, and took out his bow and spear. He used the spear as an arrow, as he aimed straight at the giant boss. He started muttering enchantments, spells, everything he could on the bow and spear. Then with a final inhale, he shouted "MEDUSA'S CURSE" And fired the spear, hitting the boss straight in the face. Viktor stood panting, he was slowly turning to stone. He brought his hands up for a salute "Good luck"

Yuna nodded and looked at viktor turning to stone. "Thanks, I'll need it." she said and then turned her back to him to face the boss. "Now it's between you and me buddie." she said to the boss while she tried to remember what viktor had said about the boss when he reaches his last health bar but before she could remember it the boss showed it her. he started throwing lightning bolts at her and she had to jump away to avoid getting hit. 

 

'I can do this, as long as I keep moving it can't hit me.' she thougth and began running around in circles around the boss, shooting arows at him as quick as possible. She was happy that her bow was enchanted now because otherwise she wouldn't have stood a chance agains this thing. Arow after arow hit the boss and every time his health got a little lower. But so did Yuna's energy, She could't keep doing this forever, otherwise she would literally fall over because her energy would run out. 

 

Yuna got forced to stop after a while, heavily panting she stood against the boss. his health was so low now she could already smell the viktory. She reached back and grabbed three arows from her arowbag, She put them all together on her bow and pulled it back. She aimed carefully and then let go. The three arows all flew to their targed and hit. This was the last push the boss needed and he exploded in a cloud of particles. he was dead.

Viktor could slowly feel the stone curse lifting. He first started moving his fingers around in an attempt to break out faster, and once he found out it worked, he started doing the same with his legs. Finally his prison shattered, and Viktor let out a roar once he came out "WOOOOHOOO, MAN THAT WAS UNPLEASENT" Shouted Viktor, glad to have the ability to speak again.

Yuna heard viktor talk again and turned around. "Did you see that? we did it!" She said enthausiasticly. She walked over to viktor to see how he was doing. Yuna laughed "ha, if he was so easy then why did you have to use your most powerfull spell hmm?" She said cocky but her attitude went away just as quickly as it came. she heard him mutter something being cool "are you talking about that weird sword? it's cool indeed, or hot actually, is it really on fire or does it only look so?" she asked him. She was really curious about the sword, even though it was completely useless for her.
