Ever met anyone famous? How was it?

At a toy convention, I saw:

- Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters)

- Jon Provost (Lassie)

- John Kricfalusi (creator of Ren and Stimpy)

 

I also visited a Star Trek Convention just to hang out and see what it looks like. I only saw actors who were in Star Trek series I don't watch much right now (I watch episodes from the Original and The Next Generation for now, but I'm planning on seeing episodes from other series in the future)

 

I also saw David Beckham play football/soccer live.

 

It was fine. I didn't get to talk to them though.

I met James and Oliver Phelps once. They were honestly the sweetest guys I've ever met IRL! Got their signature and everything. Even shook both their hands! It was really quite an experience, they were the first relatively famous actors that I've ever met. I've met tons more of course but they (besides Andrea Libman as this thread isn't about the MLP cast) were the first people that I'd actually gotten any kind of signature from and met up front. The other famous people I've seen I didn't necessarily meet or anything but they had panels at Comicon which we attended! Great times!

I've never been lucky enough to have that opportunity. Maybe someday though.

I have met a few. You go into a mode where you are just in awe.

And they just see you as another fan. Yea, not really interesting.
