I wash it every so often, which is made a whole lot easier now that my hair isn't so long and hippie-ish.

I only wash it with shampoo once a week, apparently that actually keeps it cleaner than doing it every day as it keeps the natural oils from being stripped out. I shower every other day, doing it more often would be bad for my skin.
