My OC was very energetic and excitable as a colt. (he's calmed down a bit since then.....kinda.....sorta....not really) Imagine a big buff beefy......adorable bunny rabbit. That's how much energy he had.

He was a huge edgelord.

He was effectively the same, just more mature. You know, his personality is still the same, but just more mature, like more responsible, not a angsty, not so giggly at inappropriate jokes etc. Perhaps just a bit more outgoing as well.

My OC is very smart, and very mature for his age. He has a huge problem interacting with others because he innocently assumes other foals understands the same stuff as him. My OC IS  a foal

My OC, Tinker (as an adult)

I usually don't partake in these types of posts, but I felt an urge to this time. Let's see here, my OC as a filly...

Tinker watched the Pegasi in the sky and grew ever so jealous of them. Why do they get wings and she gets, what, carrot-growing magic? So instead of wallowing in her envy, she went to the town library and borrowed all the books on aviation and mechanics. She quickly became the best tinkerer in town, anything that had moving parts, she could fix.

School came easy to her, so she always got it done, and went straight back to her little workshop she has built all from scratch. Always caught up in her work, and always failing, and failing, never giving up. She crafted each pair of wings differently, each one with something new that had to get her flying. But none of them did, until one day...

Well that's a story for another day.

(K)Nightgem as a child was stubborn, took things way out of context, jumps to conclusions, gets easily upset. He had this need to make everyone happy, in turn making himself miserable. It was only when he stood up for himself, running off to gather his thoughts and contemplate what just happend in a fit of rage and sadness, getting lost in the harsh snows of the north.

He was a little hell-raiser, constantly throwing himself into dangerous situations or doing crazy stunts just for the thrill of it and to prove he was brave. Unfortunately, he had yet to learn that the line between bravery and stupidity was thin as wax paper, so all his stupid stunts ended up doing was make his parents want to tear their hair out.

As a child, My O.C had it good at first with his parents loving and caring for him, but when he turned 2, his mother dissappeared somewhere, she's still alive though. He got picked on at school because of this scar like birth marks on his eyes and fierce appearence. But because of his furocious anger and courage, he earned his cutie mark after awakening his fire powers. Things got worse though since his kingdom was constantly under attack by dragons. Now those who bullied him when he was a child are just scared of him. But soon it all changed because of his newfound friends who saw him more as their pal.

He was born without magic, so you can imagine what that is like for a young unicorn. It's not great. Regent doesn't like pity though, so he is unlikely to share the negative aspects of this part of his life with other ponies.

But what he lacks forms the core of his life's motivation, and he uses his clumsy hooves to build tools. With those tools, he builds better tools. By the time he's an adult, he's quite formidable.

Argante was a very energetic and kind filly, but very fierce when it came to anything dealing with her family. She also had a very large affinity for magic, when things happened though(which is in her backstory on her page not typin that out here XD) she became very solemn, and somewhat stoic, even to her later years, but I guess now she is starting to get that wonder back I suppose :)

Snowflake was living on a farm with his parents, and sister as a foal where he taught himself the basics of alchemy. He later left his family behind to attend basic magic schools, and then eventually Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. His personality was somewhat the same, though he was a bit more outgoing, and a lot friendlier as a foal than as an adult. Snowflake has experienced a lot of traumatic events which has changed him from what he was to what he is.

He was essencially the class clown.

At the beginning Whirlwind didn't have many friends and was overall a pretty lonesome foal, which made him feel pretty bad, but he was deadset on changing that and decided that he would find a way make friends no matter what, over time becoming the kind of student who frequently made jokes and played pranks at every little oportunity he got, needless to say, he constantly got in trouble because of that, but Whirlwind didn't mind: he was making the other students laugh and as a result he started to become friends with many of them, so to this day he still doesn't regret it one bit.

Galatea was spoiled by her parents when she was little. She was a happy filly, if not a little too used to getting what she wanted. She was bright and curious, wanting to figure out how the world worked, and she loved whenever her engineer father brought home spare parts for her to play with.

Of course, everything kind of turned on its head when things happened and her parents suddenly found themselves in a financial pinch. She had to be sent away to live with her aunt who was a bit better off financially then and more able to take care of a small filly. It took a while for her to adjust, and for some time she was whiny and fussy about the things she no longer could have. But she eventually grew out of that, learning humility from living humbly.

Ariel was a kind, sweet, gentle filly. However, thanks to the abuse from her birth parents (her mother especially), she was all but afraid of her own shadow. Terrified of doing something wrong, for fear of being punished or yelled at. She cried whenever someone so much as raised their voice. When Galatea took her in, she did her best to help the filly work through these issues, but to this day Ariel has severe anxiety.

When she was more comfortable around Galatea, though, she seemed like a happier filly. She loved to play, and draw, and said she was going to be an engineer just like Galatea one day. She always shrank away from strangers, however, mistrusting until she was sure they wouldn't want to hurt her.

Once upon a time long ago when BloodMoon was a wee colt. Ah the young Unicorn would look into the starry night sky for hours on end. People would always tell him, BloodMoon, your never gonna amount to nothing staring up at that sky all day, and he told them, the sky is a view of the vast universe spread out before you, why would I not choose to take interest. Then later that night he heard a voice that said, ...he's wrong... Very faintly. So from that point on BloodMoon went through intense mental training until he could easily channel the collective power of the universe though his consciousness. And soon he was a regular old Trixie. As for what he did with these powers is for another time.

  • 4 weeks later...

My Ponysona actually is a colt, so his personality is basically mine in that regard. Easily excitable, but also very timid and shy. He gets upset easily at certain things and can have anger problems as well, he isn't very good socially either. He loves the simple things though, his video games, his snacks, looking forward to things. He is pretty easy to satisfy.

One of my oc's, Captain Caramel was a bit of rebel. Always getting into trouble as a filly. Pick pocketing etc. She's still a little bit of a trouble maker though she has a warm heart <3

Refund Check was "big boned" as a colt but he used it to his advantage to play offensive line in hoofball growing up. He was also dorky but not to the extent that he is now.

Ruby Shears was an adventurous, inquisitive little filly. Much like today, she's a bundle of energy and has a bubbly personality.

Thrillseeker was troublesome as a colt, often skipping school to go to the amusement park nearby. He also had a mind for mechanical engineering, helped by the roller coasters he used to ride when he was younger.
