What item of clothing, that you consider weird, do you see people wearing most often?

Why did the chicken cross the road?

What is your favourite hat/head ornament (whether worn by you or by other people)?

How much silver is there in your house/building of residence?

1. Beanies never really appealed to me but they seem to be pretty popular
2. The question we should be asking is, why wouldn't the chicken cross the road?
3. Top Hat of course. THIS REMINDS ME OF A PUZZLE!
4. Probably just what you would expect, from silverware, coins etc.

...Why do you want to know? :pout:

1. I used to like The Loony Hatter but apparently his DA is gone x_x
2. Nothing beats a one dollar bill. Someday I want a wallet stuffed full of them. Honorable mention goes to the fifty pence coin
3. Papaya blossoms, indeed.
4. I don't wear them myself but I like how they look on other people :twi:

Which do you prefer, one dollar bills or one dollar coins? The latter do exist, but they're only minted for special occasions.

Which country do you think has the best currency/coins/bills/etc., other  than your own?

How nice is your handwriting?

Explosions or laser beams?

1. Definitely bills. Dollar coins are un-American :okiedokieloki:
2. I still absolutely love British money. So much for that American patriotism xD
3. People tell me I have the neatest handwriting ever, but that's because it takes me twice as long to do it. I never learned cursive or developed any form of quicker handwriting so I still print letters like they teach you in Kindergarten ^_^
4. Laser beams obv. Explosions are for the uncultured #shotsfired

Have you seen the British coins that they minted just recently?

They're so good! Literally the coolest coins I've ever seen in over a decade of coin collecting. :D

Same here. ^_^

Except my handwriting's not so much neat as it is clear. I don't think I even did the letter-printing thing in kindergarten. I just wrote my letters like they were printed in the books I read as a kid. :lie:

1. To play: basketball, to watch: football. I love how sports-obsessed Massachusetts is ^_^
2. The shift key is a bro. It's long so you can't miss it, you can use your pinky for it and there's one on each side <3

2. None ;-; I've always wanted a dog

1. Hmm... let's go with chocolate milk, strawberry milk, ginger ale, lemonade and Dr. Pepper. I'm not too sure about the order though
2. Probably shredded book. A shattered smartphone demonstrates clumsiness
3. The lamp in my room is the only thing I use that qualifies. Unless this includes things like a laptop in which case probably that.
4. Something advanced to do with knowledge of outer space, though I'm not sure exactly what concept would fit the bill. Maybe a concept not known to humankind would be more useful in that regard :V

Why outer space?

How many notable coincidences have occurred in your life, if any?

How is it that all humans experience 'now' at the same time?

Who do you hug the most often, on average?

What are your thoughts on mathematics?

Space is just so fascinating to me. We know so little about the rest of the universe, and even what we know we haven't actually experienced. It's the one thing that genuinely piques my curiosity.

1. There have been a few I'm sure but none that especially stick out. One of the first people I met at college lived about one mile away from me in London which I thought was pretty cool.
2. It's strange isn't it? I'm convinced my New Zealand friend is a time traveler. Don't think about these things to much or else your head will explode.
3. A stuffed animal :please:
4. I love the application of mathematics to understand the world and solve real life problems. I'm nowhere near an expert but getting an A in calculus this past semester gave me a real feeling of accomplishment :proud:

I share your view on wasps. Repeated stings which summon more stingers? No thank you!

How about... allowing swarming bees to be placed on you? As they don't have a nest or young to protect, swarming bees are pretty passive as long as you don't freak out. However they would be crawling all over you and there would still be ALOT of buzzing.

Million bucks worthy?

Mostly faraway planets similar to our own. The possibility of colonizing a habitable world at some point in the future is extremely compelling. Yes I watched Interstellar very seriously :pout:

1. I've been trying to think of something for 10 minutes and literally cannot xD I'm starting to think I'm missing out
2/3/4. One item qualifies for all of these, a team photo of the 1915 Boston Red Sox. They won the World Series that year and it was Babe Ruth's first complete season. Only 100 or so were made so it's a pretty cool artifact :)

Interstellar is the most physically accurate sci-fi movie I've ever seen. The accelerated-time effect of being so close to a black hole, the scientific value of understanding how black holes work, and the fact that our current knowledge of gravity is still incompatible with particle physics were all correctly described and portrayed, and there were plenty of other nifty mathematical tidbits in there (like the infinite tessellation of cubes within the black hole - a pattern with high significance in mathematics). I was very impressed with that movie. :proud:

My grandparents found it in an antique shop and gave it to me. So it carries both sentimental and monetary value.

1. Amsterdam is a pretty fantastic city. Getting to see Anne Frank's house was pretty special.
2. Sometimes when my sleep schedule gets messed up I'll try and stay up through the night/day. My longest is probably just over 24 hours, I can never make it much longer than that x_x

1. Ice cube. Just drop it down everyone's back and watch the hilarity ensue :orly:
2. It's gotta be a princess, just because. I'll go with pocket-sized Cadance.
3. A loose weight fell off a dumbbell and onto my big toe which bled for a while. Honestly though it was my own fault for being careless
4. To go a little outside the box I used to be fascinated by the numbers you got by continually adding 9. I thought it was so cool how each number's digits would always add up to 9 and the pattern of the first digit increasing by one while the other decreased by one.

1. The motto on my profile, "Don't tell people your plans. Show them your results." Basically, concentrate on actions rather than words, because actions are the only thing that really matters in the end.
2. A cozy 5:25 PM
3. Never if I can avoid it. To me being sleep-deprived is just the most miserable thing ever x_x

1. Once when I was counting seconds I got up around a thousand. I don't think I've ever gone much beyond that
2. Probably a couple rock concerts I've been brought to. I'm very noise-sensitive so I avoid loud situations as much as possible xD
3. After staying up through the night and day one time I fell asleep at 6 PM and slept for about ten hours. I'm not even capable of sleeping more than ~8 hours normally.
4. Pink Pony is best because Pink Pony is fun!
