For three seasons now, I have been a fan of English Premier League club Arsenal. Are there any other Arsenal fans on the forum? If you are a Gooner (term derived from Arsenal's nickname, The Gunners), let me know!

Not directly, but i sympathize with them. Per Mertesacker and Mesut Ozil used to play for Werder Bremen and they also have very good players in general.

If I had to pick an English team to cheer for it would either be Arsenal or Liverpool; and I generally tend to side with the former. Granted the lack of success can be frustrating, but I generally like the philosophy of the Gunners and a club isn't merely defined by the trophies. Generally a class club and I have eternal respect for Arsene Wenger.
