Pony OC Colors

How do you people decide on pony colors because i am stilling having some trouble picking mine.

This is the last test i did with colors but the pony oc itself is still a Work In Progress.

If you're still wondering I can tell you how I chose mine. I went with my three favourite colours: blue, purple and yellow. I then changed the yellow to pink because I'd named my OC Battenberg and that is the colour those cakes are.

So I'd suggest doing the same for yours, try your favourite colours and if you can, use your pony's name/theme to help you out. I would suggest using lighter more pastel like colours too since that's what the actual show tends to do. Just keep playing with the various colours until something pops out.
