Uhm...unfortunately...I really don't think this counts as a remix. You simply raised the pitch of the original...which...is really more of an edit...

I also changed the tempo and I think it is a simple remix.

Well...a remix is more than taking a song and changing the pitch and tempo (which combines to change the speed of the song). It's about completely reworking the song into the way you'd do it. It's best if you save up for a high quality DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) to help.
