It's a decent remix.

 

However, you might want to vary up on the way you approach the melody. Your approach was a "vintage arcade game" type. It kinda reminded me of Mappy, which is good, but you had this running for almost the entire piece. Maybe if you want to keep the retro feel in it, think of other music styles applied to this. Nice instrument choices. It would be nice to hear some sine and square waves in here.

 

All in all great remix, but it could use a little more variance in the end.
