I do love Gabby so much. You can tell by the fact that I set my profile pic to her lol. The reason of course being her hyper energy, which would explain why Pinkie Pie is my favorite mane six pony, and Derpy Hooves is my favorite background pony. And for some reason, I really want a fursuit of Gabby.

YES.  As soon as she came on screen, I could not contain myself from squealing.  She's so gosh darned adorable.  Usually, I'm not the biggest fan of the 'hyper, energetic' types, but she was just too precious to overlook.

I really liked her. Basically, a CMC in the form of a griffon, and lo and behold, what does she become?   Would've been interesting for the show to go down the road of suggesting that other creatures can potentially gain cutie marks, but they probably don't want the hassle of having to deal with that knotty plume of mythology.
