Strange question.

 

The DC villain or the Pied Piper of Hamelin?  Either way, I don't think that they would think much of anything.  Perhaps he and Pinkie would have a conversation about the merits of luring harmful pests out of towns with music.

After the parasprites episode, I am pretty sure Pinkie Pie is Equestria's Pied Pieper.
