I try my best not to, as that would be quite embarrassing (and I don't have exactly the best singing voice in the world). I might have hummed or clapped quite a few times, though.

The most embarrassing incident like that was at school when I clapped along to an earworm I had (a really terrible commercial jingle). Someone actually asked me what song it was, and all I could say was "nothing".

When I am alone, I sign out loud, mostly to train my horrible signing voice. I am hitting all kind of broken notes. Sometimes I hit a good one though!

However, it gets embarrassing when I sung loud and someone heard me. It has happened once or twice.
