The end of the "Siege of the Crystal Empire" arc always does it for me, Sombra finally get's to see the Crystal Fair, and then he starts fading away, Radiant Hope desperately trying to save him, and then finally the 4 princesses joining in to save him. Makes me tear up every time.

It reminded me of the ending of Super Paper Mario, except with Sombra instead of Count Bleck, and Hope instead of Tippi.
