Yes, but you were looking for Romulans under cloak,  and I am responsible for handling them for now. So adding a new, presumably Romulan ship messes my plan.

should have uncloaked your ship. Romulan scum XD

Raven has a point if this somehow came to phasers being drawn the Luna is very, very out classed by a warbird.

But...

Anyone even thought of the fact the Klingons could have ships hiding...?

To be honest, the klingons don't ever travel light. Especially when escorting. I would suspect at least one cruiser and about two or three birds of prey to protect the councillor/ambassador. That would be how many ships the klingons would have. How many cloaked of those ships? All but the one that had the councillor/ambassador and they would have been following sense you guys picked up the Klingons. A Klingon tactic.

They don't trust anyone and are always ready for a fight.

@Mentis Soliloquy

@Raven Rawne

The plot point I was hoping to have wasn't actually detecting whether there were or were not any other ships there, but to try to develop an improvised system for trying to detect cloak that could be improved over time. The assumption being that the first method will fail (after all, there will be some techies working on the problem for Starfleet who will be trying to make a more effective solution but haven't succeed yet) and subsequent attempts will have mixed or marginal success but perhaps the method will have been developed enough for to work during some dramatic encounter further down the line.

Perhaps I should have explained that a bit earlier - I apologise.

@Mentis SoliloquyWell, If you need a solution. I might have an idea. Though I don't know how the two sides would react to an unidentified small ship. I also have a solution for what happened to cause it to appear there.  If ya want to hear the details, let me know and will explain. Don't want to explain something just to find out a solution has already been found.

Well the Romulan is an old guy and maybe there will be some health problem to deal with later on but, for now I'll just park the emissaries in their room and end the scene. Maybe a fast forward to the talks proper would work?

Nah, it's not like you need to rush the post or something. We had two other toons in the scene, right? I think it would be prudent to see who's still in, and have those posts before you spend an afternoon crafting another episode progression post. Or so I think at least.

I'm still in, but I felt that attention had shifted away from the bridge and towards the mediation team. I could post something, but I can't see it progressing the story - more 'trying to be in charge' or perhaps a flashback.

Are we all doing this still

im back from space XD
