Let's assume someone's mental papers are nearly expired and the need a new certificate. I sure don't want anything exploding on the ship, so Crystalc won't have any mishaps going on. I thought Miss Reaper could have some action with Lunar (she picked a tough department, so try and send the ball her way sometime too alrite?) but I have no problem with accommodating you both.
