searching Cowboy Bebop RP (sci-fi/SOL/Anthro)

Recommended Posts

Would anyone be opposed to my character being a bit more like Train Heartnet "Black Cat"? And using Hades?

Going by what I'm reading on that page, while it doesn't seem to fit with the overall weapon theme of Cowboy Bebop, which seems to include modern weapons, this is a sci-fi noir setting, so there has to be at least ONE weapon that fits the time period.  I don't think I'd mind really so long as anyone who's an actual expert in the anime doesn't object.

To be honest... I'm not quite sure... I looked it over and there are a couple of small gripes I have with it that can be easily changed.

The material of the gun: oriachalcum is a fantasy ore, which wouldn't really work well in a sci-fi setting.

The specialized bullets: I know these are optional, just don't use those.

The "railgun" ability: I haven't seen anyone in Cowboy Bebop use abilities like this, but they also never really went into nanomachine technology. Combat in the show was pretty barebones so to speak, just having a good gun and a good aim. So this'll have to be removed.

I do know Cowboy Bebop has fictional modifications of real guns, such as a fictional modified Thompson Contender, along with a old fashioned style lever action grenade launcher. And the design does look like a modified revolver that would exist in a world like this.

So here's what I'll do. I'll let you use it for a couple of posts and see how it goes. If I like it, I'll let you keep using it.

Ey , could I make a real quick request? If it's okay, could you put a link to the RP thread in the original post of this one? I think it'll make it easier for the players - such as myself - to easily switch between the two threads when needed. Maybe?  :please:

I'm fairly certain that the other half of the team engaged in the firefight has killed at least a couple dozen gangsters by this point.  I don't mind fighting hordes of goons, but we may need your judgement on when the last one is killed or the survivors retreat. :P

iirc, there were about twenty guys right around the time when Skyhop and Bronze arrived at the scene. I'd assume those stayed behind in order to let their boss make his escape. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe we've about cleared them all up by this point.

Would you guys mind if I bullsh*t a little and make Trinket able to extract the bullet and patch up her own wound? 'cause I honestly don't know how I'm gonna get out of this mess I brought upon myself. :v

Perhaps during those two years she served as a cowboy(girl?) she learned some first-aid and even operated a bullet wound once on someone else. I dunno.

Ehh... She could... Then again, not exactly sure just how long she can go with an open bullet wound before collapsing from blood loss,.

From what I was able to find on them internetz, in some occasions, it's even better to leave the bullet in there instead of extracting it, so it shouldn't infect or anything. Just some simple stitches might be good. Then again, blood loss is still an issue.

What are those bullet, like, 9mm?
