Do you think GOH will influence more action in the show?

So, here's a question: with the Guardians of harmony toys being a big part of the christmas toyline for this year, and apparently selling pretty well, do you think Hasbro will ask the writers to put more adventure/action episodes into the show to tie into/promote the more action focuses toys they'll presumably be selling from now on?

I don't really know.

It could turn out to be something like Explore Equestria, which was basically giving the writers and show staff a golden opportunity to be able to explore new things and do so more in-depth worldbuilding which is something the show could really benefit from, but never actually use.

But than again I guess it could help season 7 stand out from the other seasons, which is something the last one didn't really do very much.

I don't really know if I want to see more action in the show, but I would perfectly fine with getting more episodes similar to Dragonshy.

Also I really want to see some new locations, creatures, and just the world of FIM to be expanded upon, and if GOH being an influence on the show would give me that, I would be fine with it.

Yeah, maybe it'll inspire an episode or two (at most), but I don't think it'll cause a major change to the show. To be honest, I feel like shifting to more of an action focus would actively miss the show's entire point, and I just don't understand why some of you want this so much. So I really hope it doesn't do that.

MLP is still mainly going to focus on slice-of-life scenarios since those continue to be popular, but I'd like to think that the Guardians of Harmony toyline could help influence the writers into coming up with stronger adventures that really make audience engaged with what is happening. There's not need to add more but rather improve on what they already have.

I wouldn't mind getting a few more action episodes, but the heart of the show has been the slice of life episodes. At least for me it has.

I am so excited for season 7. I think its going to be amazing and pull a lot of people into the fandom! There will probably be more action, and the show will be made more appealing to 'bronies' The writers can see the negative reaction season 6 got, and they are going to make season 7, and the movie, to avoid the problems SOME PEOPLE had with season 6(i personaly liked it)

Honestly, I think the only thing that would prevent it from happening would be that damn TV-Y rating that's been holding the show back all these years.
