This is a bottle of water.

 

You can buy it at CVS or any local pharmacy. It is easily accessible and affordable for just about everyone. The price of such a bottle of water -- about one dollar and nineteen cents.

 

On December 19th, I would like to challenge you to buy a bottle of water for the people that our charity is striving to help. Of course I don't mean go to CVS and drop a buck nineteen and mail it across the world ....no, instead, I would like for you to go to our donation page, and symbolically leave a very small $1.19 on our page rather than spend it on a bottle at your pharmacy, corner store or bodega. 

 

Let's see how many bottles of water can add up in one day to help those who really need it.

I want to do that, but only problem is I'm next paid on the Wednesday 21st ... if the time was extened to then I should be able to help (I could right now, but I need all the money I can get for my rent which I just have enough for the week)

 

EDIT: Thanks to Somberhoof, i no longer need the extended date, but because its way too late at night for me at the time of editing this, it is 2AM and watching the ban poll for Jonas and LW wore me out ... I will pay my $1.19 USD ($1.59 AUD because i like a few others are Australian) in the morning

We got a good group of donors today, but we can do better than this. Let's see how high the numbers can go. Fish out that change from your couch and give a dollar nineteen to Chairty: Water!

We had 11 donors today. If you could try to jump in and symbolically donate $1.19 by the end of the day, that would be amazing. 

 

A couple of donors went so far as to donate even more.

 

Together, we've raised $3,289, and maybe with a few more donations tonight, we can get to $3,300 or beyond.
