I used to eat McD's a lot when I was in the high school band at lunch stops, only at the urging of my best friends at the time, who has actual brain damage. (It's nothing to make fun of people, it's a serious issue!) Though I never liked McD's food I always went because it made him happy that I went along with him. It's making me tear up thinking about it... :') Though I never go anymore because I said I don't like their food and there isn't one very close.

I sometimes go to DQ and Sonic (There's one about 10-15 miles from my house, and about 5 miles from the nearest grocery store chain (One that's only in Texas) location), and I enjoy their food, though Sonic puts way too much ice in drinks. WAYYYYY TOOOOO MUCH!

I have yet to eat at a Burger King. I hear their food is pretty sucky though.

I have eaten at Wendy's a few times, and I really like their food. Especially that delicious Baconator! the last time I went to one, it was in Louisiana on the way to Washington D.C. for the Memorial Day Parade in 2015.

I have eaten quite a few times at Subway. It's kind of meh to me. Not bad, but not great either.

I have eaten twice at Chick-Fil-A. I only go there when necessary because I heard rumors of homophobic business practices.

I have eaten at Taco Bell a good few times. I really like their quesadillas and their tacos (OF COURSE!).

I think I may have eaten at a White Castle back when I lived in Washington state, but I don't really remember their food. It must not have been the most wonderful stuff I'd ever tasted.

So, that's my history with fast food.

McDonald's breakfast is amazing.

I get their burgers when on a road trip occasionally. I did yesterday. Their nuggets have also gotten way better than they were when I was a kid.

Truth be told, once a month is a lot, if that. I cook most meals for my family at home, or we go out to actually restaurants.

The only time these days--barring unusual circumstances--I go to a McDonald's is for a McFlurry although I usually have to wait until Easter as that's when the Creme Egg one is available. I'll either have A & W and Papa Johns at least once a month each with Dairy Queen thrown into the mix during the summer months.

It all depends on the place. I try not to eat at the REALLY bad places too much, but I'm thinking of cutting back on fast food next. Currently, I'm on a "one soda a day" rule. I don't want to even say the number of times I do a week.

Once or twice a week... I love fast food, but it's kinda expensive around here (luckily! XD) I mostly stick to healthy, homemade meals because they're cheaper than junk food ;)

It's what I'm working up to. I used to drink 2-4 sodas a day (usually 2 or 3, more like 2 normally), so I'm gonna get un-hooked to that first.

I was used to do the same thing ! 1 soda during lunch and two on diner. My medic said me that if I continued to drink so much sugar i'll get diabet. And he was right ^^

Exactly. I do have diabetes in my family (some relatives have it), and while it's manageable, I don't want to get it anyway.

Plus I had weight gain from one of my medication side effects in the past, so I'm trying to lose that weight.

For me, they have these little powder sticks that you put in a 16.9oz water bottle you buy from the grocery/convenience store and it flavors the water and that's helped for me.

Usually though, these things have aspartame, which they say is worse than sugar, but I still limit myself on that even. Plain water for me at times!

I don't eat McDonald's very often. Mostly because there is none within walking distance. If I could drive I'd probably be eating it 3 times a week.

the nearest mcdonald's to me is <20min away by foot. there are 3 mcdonald's' in my city
