I would say that your idea is reasonable, though I think Twilight would like RPGs instead of puzzle games. Also, Spike is PC Master Race so he's playing Overwatch and TF2 on the PC.

Fluttershy- any pet simulation game: ex. Nintendogs

Pinkie Pie- Any Party games with minigames for multiplayer, such as Mario Party

Applejack- Any gardening game that requires careful planning for best results, such as Harvest Moon

Rarity- Any game involving fashion and/or interior design, such as Style Savvy, or Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer

Rainbow Dash- Any racing games, such as Mario Kart

I could see Dash getting really into Need for Speed, Burnout... games along those lines.

 

Big Mac would sit and play Farm Simulator for hours, to the point that it would drive AJ crazy. ("HOW MUCH FAKE BARLEY DOES A PONY NEED?!?")

 

I agree that Pinkie would be dangerously into DDR.

 

I could see Twilight getting hooked on Skyrim. There's history, culture to learn, mystery, a foreign language... which she would try to learn, and periodically attempt to say things to Spike, who would just give her a weird look. ("Um... you do know it's not a REAL language, right, Twilight?")

Rarity - Any game with extensive character customization
