1.11 Update is here!

Yes thats right our server has updated to minecraft 1.11!

 

Our server has undergone an big change updating from 1.8.9 with new features added from the later versions of Minecraft:

  • Adding the dual wielding abilities of the 1.9 Combat Update, with frost walking abilties and mending tool enchants.
  • The crazy new villages in the 1.10 Frostburn Update, new zombies called husk and stray, something to watch out for,
  • finally the latest 1.11 Exploration Update, a mix of new mobs, new structures and new items (too many to name them all here) exploring the minecraft world in 1.11 will be a new challege!

We have carefully planned a new and more challenging way of playing minecraft, with a more balanced gameplay our pony class system has been reworked into a more interesting way to play. We have also brought back Dynmap so you can explore further than ever before! https://map.poniarcade.com

Commands


In order for you to change to a class, learn about specific classes, or purchase a new class, a few commands are at your disposal:

  • /class

    • Display all of the commands for everypony as well as a short summary of what each one does

  • /class list

    • Displays a list of all classes available to everypony, including bought ones

      • Players who buy more than one master class lose access to the previous master class owned

  • /class info (class)

    • Gives a brief summary of that specific class

  • /class learn (class)

    • Allows the you to change to that class

    • Players will incur a cooldown of 3 days before they can change their class once again

  • /class buy (class)

    • Allows you to purchase a class with bits

  • /class buy accept

    • Confirms your choice

  • /class buy deny

    • Cancels buying a class

  • /class status

    • Displays your current class
    • Shows you how much time you have until you can swap to another class -(will be added soon)

 

Common Classes


    The common classes are the basic classes players are allowed to select and change to whenever they please,

    provided they are not being suppressed by the class change cooldown.

Earth

  • Reduced damage taken by 20%

  • Increases all damage from melee sources by 10%

  • Normal walk/run speed is increased slightly

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to open a portable crafting table


Pegasus

  • Flying speed set to 0.12

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to gain a burst of speed for a short time

    • Food energy is used for this effect

    • This can only be performed while flying


Unicorn

  • Arrows shot from bows deal 20% extra damage

  • Saddle Power:  Left-click to teleport a distance away

    • Food energy used depending on how far you teleport


Gryphon

  • Flying speed set to 0.11

  • Increases all damage from melee sources by 10%

  • Unarmed attacks (no weapon) deal equal damage to an Iron Sword

  • Being struck has a 25% change to harm the target [thorns]


Dragon

  • Flying speed set to 0.08

  • Reduced damage taken by 20%

  • Immunity to Lava and Fire damage

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to shoot a fireball

    • Food energy is used to shoot fireballs


Batpony

  • Flying speed set to 0.08 in light and 0.11 in darkness

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to gain night vision for 1 minute

    • Food energy is used to gain the night vision effect


Changeling

  • Flying speed set to 0.10

  • Hurting a target mob recovers ½ a food bar (1 food)

  • Killing a target mob heals a changeling for 2 hearts (4 health)

  • Passive regeneration for changelings is disabled

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click a mob to disguise as that mob

    • Food energy is used at an increased rate to maintain the disguise


Seapony

  • Creative like swimming speed underwater

  • Increased damage taken by fire by 20%

  • Reduced walk/run speed on land

  • All helmets created as a seapony automatically come with aqua affinity

  • Gain night vision effect while underwater for 30 seconds


Zebra

  • Reduced damage taken by 10%

  • Normal walk/run speed is increased slightly

 

Master Classes


    Master classes are classes that are available to players who purchase them. A player may only have one master class at a time.  

    If a player purchases another master class, they lose access to that class and must pay for it again.

    If a player was in their master class and purchased a new one, they would be immediately changed to the new master class bought.  

    All purchases for master classes will be in bits.

 

Alicorn

  • Has all of the class abilities of Earth, Pegasus, and Unicorn combined

  • Reduced damage taken by 30%

  • Normal walk/run speed is increased slightly

  • Flying speed set to 0.14

  • Bows do 30% extra damage

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to open a portable crafting table

  • Saddle Power:  Left-click to teleport a distance away

    • Food energy used depending on how far you teleport

    • This uses less food per distance traveled than Unicorn


Draconequus

  • Flying speed set to 0.11

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to turn into a random class for an hour

    • When you use this, you could turn into any of the classes available to players, including other master classes

    • You retain your flying if you obtain a class that does not have flying; if you get a class that has a better default flying speed, your speed is increased to that value

    • Once you use your saddle, you are stuck as that class for the duration


Grand Earth

  • Reduced damage taken by 40%

  • Increases damage done by all melee sources by 20%

  • Normal walk/run speed is increased slightly

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to open a portable crafting table

  • Saddle Power:  Left-click to have a bonemeal effect

    • Food energy is used for this effect


Master Pegasus

  • Flying speed set to 0.15

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to gain a burst of speed for a decent time

    • Food energy is used for this effect

    • This uses less food per use than Pegasus

    • This can only be performed while flying


Arch Unicorn

  • Arrows shot from bows deal 40% extra damage

  • Arrows shot from bows deal damage to multiple targets close together

  • Saddle Power:  Left-click to teleport a distance away

    • Food energy used depending on how far you teleport

    • This uses less food per distance than Unicorn


Veteran Gryphon

  • Flying speed set to 0.14

  • Increases all damage from melee sources by 20%

  • Unarmed attacks (no weapon) deal equal damage to a Diamond Sword

  • Unarmed attacks (no weapon) deal damage to multiple targets close together

  • Being struck has a 50% change to harm the target [Thorns]


Elder Dragon

  • Flying speed set to 0.12

  • Reduced damage taken by 40%

  • Increases all damage from melee sources by 10%

  • Unarmed attacks (no weapon) deal equal damage to an Iron Sword

  • Immunity to Lava and Fire damage

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to shoot a fireball

    • Food energy is used to shoot fireballs

    • This uses less food per use than Dragon


Knight Batpony

  • Flying speed set to 0.12 in light and 0.14 in darkness

  • Reduced damage taken by 20%, 40% in darkness

  • Increases all damage from melee sources by 10%, 20% in darkness

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click to gain night vision for 2 minutes

    • Food energy is used to gain the night vision effect

    • This uses less food per use than Batpony


Elite Changeling

  • Flying speed set to 0.13

  • Reduced damage taken by 20%

  • Increases all damage from melee sources by 10%

  • Hurting a target mob recovers 1 food bar (2 food)

  • Killing a target mob heals a changeling for 3 hearts (6 health)

  • Passive regeneration for changelings is disabled

  • Saddle Power:  Right-click a mob to disguise as that mob

    • Food energy is used at an increased rate to maintain the disguise

    • This uses less food per use than Changeling


Abyssal Seapony

  • Creative like swimming speed underwater

  • Increased damage taken by fire by 10%

  • Normal walking/running speed on land

  • All helmets created as a seapony automatically come with aqua affinity


Tribal Zebra

  • Reduced damage taken by 20%

  • Arrows shot from bows deal 20% extra damage

  • Normal walk/run speed is increased slightly

 

Bugfixes:

  • Unicorn / Alicorn “Splash” damage being blocked by NoCheatsPlus
  • Seapony Insta-Death when jumping out of water onto land
  • Earth / Zebra “Fast Walking” being blocked by NoCheatsPlus
  • Dynamap
