I've managed to write a plot for my planned RP, but I didn't manage to confirm what chronological event the RP takes place in. What time frame should from the show should this RP take? Things like: In S3E06, when Pinkie looks at the water, or a procedural event between S3E13 & S4E01, or it should take place in Rainbow Rocks event, or pre-events of the show (the events that happened off-screen before the first event of the show, you can say: origins), or even no time frame at all with morals disabled. This post is made to discuss, vote and gain scores from different roleplayers to be able to decide which time frame this RP can take place in. All opinions are respected!
 
 
Welp, here is the RP. Enjoy!
 
 
Equestria is in good hands, everything goes pretty well, ponies live their lives, throw confetti, organize different fun evening events, parties and competitions, but little they know moreover beyond the reaches of their atmosphere, there is an insurgency planning to attack their planet, particularly the Equestrian Empire. The Settlement Defense Front (known as SetDef, or SDF), a group of off-world insurgents bent on planning to take control of the multiverse, lack mercy and sacredness, which make them both look and be very violent. Per capita, The Settlement Defense Front has 900% more soldiers than the Equestrian Empire. It is also known that 15 years of Military service is mandatory for all SDF males starting at age 12. 
 
For the SDF, it is the year 31, counted after the secession.
