need help recovering my fimfic account cant remember password or username, because I have not used the account since 2013, and as such cant reset with email and site always says email already in use... what do?

Hi @Vapor Trail. Unfortunately, none of us here on the MLP Forums staff are mods over at FIMFiction; so unless you get really lucky and one of their mods comes across this thread, they probably won't know about your issues. I recommend going over to FIMFiction and looking up their contact info. I'm sure they'll have something available.
