I don't really pay too much attention to OCs (or even MLP nowadays), but yours seems pretty for sure! The mane and tail especially caught my eyes, the color scheme suits her well too

I haven't seen a lot of really long manes like that on OCs, it looks really good. The color palette is also quite pleasant to look at. Is she beautiful? Definitely!

I love she's tall with long legs and kinda small head. it's an unique desing with your own style. it makes it so perfect and stands out!

also the long mane is perfect! so cute and pure.
