I don't watch a ton of YouTube, but I have a few I'd almost always watch a new video from:

• Bald and Bankrupt, a British guy who speaks fluent Russian and often goes to ex-USSR countries interacting with locals, although he's also gone to Bolivia, India, Mexico and more. He was recently in Ukraine just before the war broke out, and made a video about how he escaped the country.
• High Intensity Health, a general health & longevity specialist - very informative and spreads a good message.
• Mattdoesfitness, a bodybuilder who I've actually met in person before (he lives very near me irl). Uploads various stuff relating to training, diet, eating challenges and similar stuff.
• Big Loz Official, an ex-WSM competitor who talks all things strongman. Basically functions as a strongman podcast, very entertaining and informative if you're into that stuff.
• BadlandsChugs, basically a big dude who chugs various drinks at warp speed.

I don't have particular favorites but I do often watch "Thalasso hobbyer", "DancingBacon", I travel alone", "I never travel without food", "TDR traveler", "Boone bake", "Nelco neco", some Japanese traveler in France ( don't remember the name), "Chocolate Cacao", and "Minori". There are probably some more but I always enjoyed watching traveling/product reviews, foods, arts&crafts, and baking. Just basically anything educational. Aside from that, I also enjoyed watching kpops like their vlogs and their little fun reality show.

I love his mannerism, sense of humour and how ridiculous his exploits in video games are. His Skyrim exploit videos are absolutely ridiculous

• PhantomStrider (Used to focus solely on cartoon content but recently diversified and makes a lot of fun stuff as a result. If you're looking for actually good versions of video lists often done on crummy clickbait channels (IE dangerous theme park rides), this is your dude)
• Tonka Joey (As a frequent indulgent in fan content the videos here are always good for a laugh)
• Kim Justice (Retro gaming content through a snarky British lens)
• Diamond Axe Studios Music (Man, these funny music reviews sure do exist, don't they?)
