It's the headless horse, man!

Many have heard of the headless horse, but what if the headless horse wasn't bad? Here's my idea for an episode:

 

Fluttershy gets dared by a bully pony to go into the haunted woods and take the headless horse's magic axe. She finds the axe and the headless horse (aka Ichabod Maine), but instead of attacking her, he starts crying. After telling his story about how he decided to devote his life to scaring ponies because no one would be his friend, he and Fluttershy decide to scare the bully pony into apologizing to fluttershy. Afterwards, the headless horse learns that being liked feels a lot better than being feared.

For the record, there wouldn't be anything inappropriate (after all, this is a show for all ages), but I can see where you are coming from. However, the headless horse wouldn't be a bad guy. He would just be a misunderstood pony who wants to fit in with every pony else.

​OK, he wants to make friends.  Dude, there is a right way & a wrong way & cutting off ponies'  heads is The Wrong Way.  Besides, I doubt Fluttershy would go in there alone.  Dash, on the other hoof...

 

I can also see Fluttershy trying to use the Flutterstare on the  Headless Pony.  Oops # 2

It would be interesting, and despite what others say, it could be made. I have seen headless horseman in kid-shows before, so if done right, headless horse could be possibility. Maybe Halloween episode?

I honestly was thinking the same thing. I was also thinking there could be a "Thriller" parody quote saying, "And though you fight to stay alive, your body goes off course, for no mere pony can survive the wrath of the Headless Horse"
