Basic Premise: Heroes gather around the founding of Runeterra's first "Republic City" , a new concept by the League, of a completely neutral location with individual Districts owned separately by the different cities and governments around Runeterra. However, as soon as the ribbon is cut,  a large impenetrable magic barrier begins to quickly form around the city's limits and a mysterious voice booms from the watch towers around the city "It's time we end this war.....The barriers will release.
