Velcorn 279 February 9, 2016 Share February 9, 2016 Yeah. It's weird. Why do we need fixed labels on sexuality if it is fluid? I don't know. I assume people like simplicity, labeling stuff like straight/gay, black/white, right/wrong, good/bad, yes/no etc. There is no place for complexity or things in between. It doesn't fit. Jest (Inactive) 874 February 9, 2016 Share February 9, 2016 Sexuality isn't fluid for everyone as genes affect sexuality alot, at least in homosexuality. Some people genuinely are just flat out Straight or gay.
Com Universe 18 February 9, 2016 Share February 9, 2016 I changed my vote to unsure. I have always been straight and like females but I'm starting to like M-to-F Transgenders now along with females. What would I be? Bisexual? I know it's a bit specific. Perhaps too specific. M-to-F transgenders identify as female, so you probably aren't bi. Some people genuinely are just flat out Straight or gay. That's not what I meant. Sexuality just isn't simply black/white, straight/gay but fluid between the two. Like a line with two end points and the space in between. It just happens to fluctuate a lot for me personally. M-to-F transgenders identify as female, so you probably aren't bi. Going by definition, being attracted to anything non-binary, for example, transgenders, makes you fall into the "bisexual category".

Okay, excellent, but I'm saying for quite alot of people it really is black and white, regardless of you're personal experiences with it, for others it fluctuates, I'm not trying to argue but saying it fluctuates or is fluid for everyone is untrue x)
SuperBrony87 506 February 9, 2016 Share February 9, 2016 Don't see why people have to ask this? Doesn't it come off as personal maybe even sensitive to people? Unless one is comfortable in telling anypony what they prefer more to them. Folks are so guarded in their feelings that I feel it's at times personal and just can't go telling anypony, right? As for me since I'm not feeling any qualms with sharing just how straight arrow I am. However the way one tells may come off to others as arrogant or something adjective to a misinterpreted reaction. I'm sure this is an enlightening/popular debate but I'm just sharing my own thoughts on the matter. The short honest answer for me would be just selecting "heterosexual" on that poll at the top page.

Double Clutch 435 April 14, 2016 Share April 14, 2016 Seems there should be some sort of numerical option to just put down where you are on the Kinsey Scale. Me, I'm a man, and a 1 on the scale, or even a 0.5 if that's a thing. I've dated other guys, but there's something about a woman that's just plain more attractive imo.

I guess that's the 10 million bit question. Bi-curious kinda implies you haven't tried it yet.
Carl Poppa 464 April 15, 2016 Share April 15, 2016 I consider myself to be bisexual. I am attracted to the forms of male and female, and I consider trans people to be the gender they identify as. Even if they identify as something else, that's cool, but even so bi sums it up for me. Gender doesn't factor in if I care about someone.
