She said, remembering the training she went through with Draco. The fox and dragon faunus might not have had much time to themselves outside of training, but they had grown relatively close as friends. She had also noticed that there would be periods of time in which her body would feel colder than natural. Shian nodded, "Yeah true," In the back of his mind he wanted to yell get a room, but kept it to himself. He didn't really care for romance, not when the Whitefang were still out there...he was wanted and they would go after his friends and family first. He sighed, 'how long is this going to take' he thought to himself. Euca looked at the snake fauness and frowned, he had to quit his little quests, he couldn't endanger his team or even Rei, he was done, now all he had to do was fire his informant. His tail swayed slightly as he leaned back slightly. But then abit of turbulence caused him to bumped into yuki. But wen he did he felt her skin was colder. His eyes looked at her and said "Sorry," he stood up slowly as he hummed to himself. This wasn't normal something felt off to him. She said. The fox faunus didn't know if he noticed the fact that she was a bit colder than normal, but she couldn't exactly ask. The fox faunus also noticed how close Rei and Euca were, and felt a bit weird. She didn't have any feelings for the human, so it definetly wasn't jealousy. "They're just joking around." She said, giving a light smile. The snake faunus then glanced at Draco and was curious as to how much his teammates knew about him. The music that could be heard playing in the background cut off as a message played over the communication system of the bullhead. "We are now approaching the landing site. We hope you have enoyed your flight and thank you for flying Air Vale. Your instructor knows where the rendezvous point is." The side doors then opened entirely, showing a forest clearing under them. With a quick turn on its side, the aircraft dropped its passengers out and into the open air. Draco groaned as he woke up and noticed his current predicament. "You have got to be kidding me." He thought to himself, before glancing at the others. The dragon faunus knew that flat ground wasn't exactly good conditions when it came to getting off a bullhead, but this was insane. It took her a few moments to orient herself so that she could see the ground and thought the situation over. "If this is supposed to be a team bonding exercise, they're taking it a bit far. We were pretty high up" She thought to herself. The fox faunus knew that the recoil from her projectiles was enough to slow her down, but she wouldn't exactly be able to do that with every one holding onto her. "A parachute might work, but we'd have to essentially make a big ball out of our bodies and ditch our weapons to reduce surface area and weight respectively." He placed his arms to the side to make him faster then the rest of his team and the other team. He began to throw daggers quickly. that had rope. Into a spider like pattern to catch the others. His daggers dug deep into the trees with the rope slightly tight but also slack. and in the center Ghalan finished up the pattern by tightening the middle for a hole and a line down. It hurt a bit, but not as much as hitting the ground. "Well, that's one way to do it." She said, smiling slight at Ghalan. The fox faunus then slipped trough the hole in the center and landed on the ground. She then stretched slightly in order to relax her muscles. He wasn't that scared, he didn't know exactly what to do since he himself could stop himself, but not all of them. So he was in a dilemma until the wolf faunus of the other team had dived down and created a net of sorts. He started diving towards it and then did a half roll in the air to land on his back dissipating most of the force, due to his velocity from the dive he bounced pretty high and went from his current location to the rough center, he then started falling again and quickly grabbed the edge of the hole to angle his course downward, just before reaching the ground he curled into a ball shape and rolled on the ground, when his feet connected to the ground the second time he stood up. He then rolled off quickly and dusted his suit off, "Well thats one way if doing things," he told himself. It took a few seconds for the snake faunus to regain her bearings and groaned as she got off. "I guess it's better than faceplanting the ground." She said, her body sore. Rei then went to stand next to Euca and the other members of her team. Draco shrugged as he watched the others land and decided to simply take the landing strategy that his teamate had provided for him. Spreading his limbs out in order to increase the drag the winds put on his body, the dragon faunus landed in the center of the net and rebounded accordingly. What he didn't expect were the few chucks of dead skin that came off due to the impact. "Looks like I can't put this off any longer." He thought to himself, mentally cursing. He didn't know how the others, aside from Rei, would react to seeing him in such a state, but he did remember seeing a stream nearby that had a decent current. All he'd need was a few minutes, and everything would be fine. After making sure that his sword and shield were still with him, Draco fell through the holes in the net and glanced at Ghalan, giving him a nod. "Not bad. Certainly saved us a lot of energy that could've been used elsewhere." He said, giving a slight smile. "It's good to see that you all landed safely." Glynda said, as she walked out of the trees and looked over the two groups. "Thankfully, the task I have in mind won't take longer than an hour or two." It probably would've been better of the bullhead flew a bit lower, but that wasn't exactly important at the moment. Granted, things might've been different if Ghalan hadn't been there.The fox faunus then glanced at Draco and noticed that something wasn't right with him. "I should probably keep an eye on him." He was chuckling as he finished up puting away his ropes. "Hmm I wonder who is shedding their skin?" Ghalan asked with a mischievous grin on his face. The snake faunus didn't know what was going on in his head, but the last thing she needed was any extra attention on her. He had heard what Glynda said and was interested in what the mission was. However, he also had to thank a certain person...But, before he could that person simply, announced that one of the reptilian faunuses was shedding. He ignored this and since no one had uttered these words he raised his voice "May I ask, on behalf of all of us here, may we get to hear the mission specifics?" "That would probably be the best course of action, so yes." She said. The teacher then moved to the side and motioned to a tree stump that had seven relatively large jugs that seemed to be made of ceramic. "As some of you might be aware, there are certain substances found naturally that have certain effects on grimm. The sap produced by the trees within this forest are just one example. I expect you to each have one container filled and brought here. You should expect to find grimm in the forest." Draco noticed Yuki staring at him and a light blush dusted his cheeks when he remembered what happened when they first visited Vale a few weeks ago. Of course, he was brought out of his thoughts when he listened to the mission briefing. "It hasn't rained in a few days, meaning that it won't be easy to get sap from the trees." He muttered to himself. There was also the fact that carrying a dense liquid in a already heavy container wasn't going to be easy, but he decided not to bring that up. Of course, she made sure to listen to what Glynda was saying, and given the size of the containers, she figured that asking someone for help would be the best way to ensure that she didn't hurt herself on the way back. Then he took a look at the remaining person of his team that had to team up with him "To be honest, the task isn't too dangerous alone... But, I never know when it comes to you. So, sure." he said it without even blinking, kind of a rude comment. But, he isn't half false according to himself as he has seen from their combat potential.
