Will we ever see The Sirens again?

I would certainly hope so. Other than Sunset Shimmer they're easily the most popular characters EQG has introduced.

I wouldn't be surprised if they appear during the EQG shorts that are coming out.

We have a leak showing Sour Sweet in at least one of the specials, so I won't rule out the possibility of at least one of the sirens showing up

Judging from how so many people in the Brony Community like them, and wondering what became of them after losing their pendants that provided them their powers, I also wonder if we'll see Adagio, Aria, and Sonata again, whether they've reformed for the better and want to use their restored powers for good like Star Swirl hoped, or like Chrysalis, are seeking revenge on the Rainbooms at costing them everything but their lives, those being their powers, the gems, and their adoration.

Just hope it's not high school, they had enough time in education institutions.

A reunion of the sirens?, now?, naw man, not happening! Check it, Sonata Dusk is dead, Adagio ran away from home and Aria?, well no one has seen her since she got arrested in Japan for trying to smuggle 3 pounds of cocaine in her briefcase. Doing 7 years for that, a slap on the wrist if you ask me man. We ain't going to be seeing them any time soon.

My idea would start off as an Equestria Girls/Jem and the Holograms crossover.

The story starts with the Mane 7(With Sci-Twi replacing Princess Twilight) meeting with the Holograms music band, and a new battle of the bands forming as a friendly contest between the Rainbooms and the Holograms.  But trouble comes when the Misfits enters the competition, and start dominating against both bands.  Later, Sunset unexpectely learns the identity of Jem as Jerrica Benton, then forms an alliance between the Rainbooms and the Holograms to beat back the Misfits.

But it was later revealed that the Misfits were working with the Dazzlings(A Hijacked by Ganon moment), and they unexpectedly restored the power of their necklaces.  The Dazzlings decided that the Misfits were of no use and proceed to ditch them.  Sunset and Jerrica witnessed this, and form a truce with the Misfits.  

On the final night of the Battle of the Bands, the Dazzlings have once again placed all of Canterlot High(Along with others who are watching) under their control again.  This time, more powerful than ever.  Under a united team, the Rainbooms, Holograms and Misfits combined their magical power of music to combat the Dazzlings.  They came close to losing again.  But it took once last bit of will power to finally bring them down again, causing all three Dazzlings to retreat in embarrassment.

How's that for a story?

The Sirens have been regarded as the best villains Equestria Girls ever had and not having them return has been viewed in a negative fashion by fans. Granted, the writers would need to figure out a means of bringing them without devaluing their characters and allowing them to become more integrated into the overall narrative much like how Sci-Twi did throughout Legend of Everfree. Sonata would be the easiest to bring around since she wasn't all that evil and Aria was mainly an emo and can go either way. Adagio would be the hardest sell since she was the most evil of the three and might not want to consider changing her ways.

Since they are popular, I think we will see them again some day. The magic of the portal could even give them their power back or give them new abilities, and I have a feeling that they would like to take revenge on Sunset (and her friends). But I hope they they will not get reformed, if they return.

Gosh i hate when people assume Sonata is good , we hardly know anything about her besides that shes always annoys Adagio
