They won't, as the guards might be part of the problem if they're taking bribes or abusing their power.

Well, seems they're in. I like the idea of having an investigator posing as a prisoner, hopefully nobody hurts them.

You can enter at any point you feel like, could be a new prisoner arriving during lunch hour,or some other time.
