From the Size i would say its a G2 one.

Yep i just checked, im pretty sure she is called " Spring " and she is from the fifth Generation 2 Line from 2001. http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Spring

Okay, from your Toy it says she was produced somewhere in 1997 maybe? On your Photo its hard to read, so thats weird. But im pretty sure it has to be Spring. Maybe she was produced in 1997 and then later sold in 2001, i dont know.
