How about  Beakman's World? My dad and I never missed an episode!

I loved Beakman's World. My 8th grade science teacher showed us some episodes. It was on my TV listings and I never missed an episode.

Some other favorite opening themes of mine are:

Haikyuu opening 4

Haikyuu opening 5

The first opening to the anime, Baby Steps. I don't know why, but sports anime openings are pretty epic, in my opinion. :D

The second opening to the anime, Gundam Build Fighters Try.

Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Zankoku na Tenshi no Teeze is probably the greatest anime theme of all time, and there is a certain irony to the fact that it almost never happened at all.
Evangelion was supposed to have a different theme originally.
